ULTIMATE G4R/HD/B Heavy Duty Grease Gun
The Ultimate G4R/HD/B Heavy Duty Grease Gun is a professional-grade lever-action grease gun designed for demanding industrial, automotive, construction and agricultural maintenance applications. Built for regular heavy-duty use, it combines a robust barrel, heavy-duty follower spring and precision-machined aluminium die-cast head to provide reliable grease delivery under high pressure.
Capable of developing pressures of up to 10,000 PSI (690 bar), the G4R/HD/B is well suited to lubricating machinery, vehicles, plant and equipment where grease must be delivered reliably through fittings under significant resistance. Its variable-stroke lever mechanism also allows the gun to operate with reduced handle movement, making greasing easier when working in confined or restricted areas.
The grease gun accepts standard 450 g grease cartridges and can also hold approximately 650 cm³ of bulk grease. Multiple filling methods are supported, including cartridge loading, filler-pump loading and suction filling. A bulk loader and air-release/bleeder valve are incorporated into the head to assist with filling, priming and removing trapped air.
It is supplied with a 150 mm (6″) rigid steel extension and professional hydraulic coupler, providing a durable connection for everyday workshop and field servicing.
