The Atlas Copco CLG30 is engineered to ensure that pneumatic equipment receives the precise lubrication required for reliable and efficient operation. Many air-powered tools rely on a continuous supply of oil to lubricate internal components such as vanes, pistons, bearings, cylinders, and valves. Without adequate lubrication, these parts experience accelerated wear, reduced performance, and shortened service life.
The CLG30 addresses this by introducing a fine oil mist into the compressed air supply using the ejector principle, ensuring lubricant is evenly distributed throughout the air stream before it reaches the connected equipment. This continuous lubrication minimises friction, reduces heat generation, and protects critical internal components from premature wear.
One of the CLG30’s standout features is its 360-degree mounting capability. Thanks to its specially engineered bent oil pick-up tube, the lubricator maintains a consistent oil supply regardless of whether it is installed horizontally, vertically, or inverted. This flexibility simplifies installation in confined spaces and on mobile equipment.
In addition to lubrication, the CLG30 also assists with air separation, helping improve air quality before it reaches the connected tool. Its large 1.3-litre oil capacity supports extended operating periods between refills, making it well suited to continuous industrial use.
The lubricator is fitted with a 25 mm (1 inch) hose connection and a European-type coupling, allowing straightforward integration into most industrial compressed air systems.
